About this site and how it is run

Who publishes it

Overtime Calculators is published and maintained by Gazala. Gazala chooses the sources, approves every update and handles corrections. The site does not claim any legal, tax or payroll accreditation. It is an information tool, not tax or legal advice, and it is not affiliated with the IRS, the U.S. Department of Labor or any state agency.

How it is checked

When it is updated

IRS guidance on the deductions changes most often around filing season, so every rule is re-read each January and whenever the IRS, Treasury or a state changes it. Gazala approves each change before it goes live. The deductions apply to tax years 2025 to 2028; after that, those pages will say so.

Corrections

If you think a number is wrong, tell us on the contact page with the inputs you used and what you expected. Confirmed errors are fixed and noted with the date.

How the site is made

Parts of this site were built with the help of AI tools. The calculations are checked by automated tests against the official examples, and the pages are read by Gazala before they are published.

Advertising and privacy

The site may show ads once it is live. Ads never change a result. There are no loan, credit or payday-advance offers here. The calculators run in your browser; your numbers are not sent anywhere.
